We are family owned and operated since 2005. We have a unique way of processing our organic nuts so that they maintain their nutritional vitality. The nuts are first picked of the ground, every 4-6 weeks depending on rainfall, then the nuts are husked, cracked, washed, then dehydrated for 3 days at a low ramp to make a crunchy nut that can still be made into macadamia nut milk or cheese by soaking them.
