Our Mission
🌱 Kona-Inspired Cooking: From the ʻĀina to the ʻOhana
Our inspiration begins with the ʻāina—the land—and all it provides. We honor the rhythm of the seasons, letting the fruits, vegetables, nuts, and game of Kona guide our table.
Rooted in traditional Hawaiian cooking, plant medicine, and self-sufficiency, our classes celebrate abundance and intentionality. From forest to plate, nothing is wasted; everything is shared.
Through Food For Thought, we explore how local ingredients nourish us—mind, body, and spirit. Whether it’s Food for Skin, Food for Wellness, Food for Life, or Food Traditions, we believe food is more than sustenance—it's story, medicine, and movement.
This is more than a recipe. It’s a return to source, a way to build community wellness, and a commitment to mālama ʻāina. Together, we cook with intention, share with love, and grow with purpose.

Kollette Stith: From Farm to Face, Food to Family
Kollette Stith is the co-founder of Mahina Mele Farms & Market and Pure Mana Hawaiʻi Skincare, where the power of the macadamia nut is honored in both nourishment and self-care. 🌿
Since 2005, Kollette and her family have been growing, processing, and preparing this nutrient-rich nut on their Kona farm. With over two decades of hands-on experience, she has explored the many ways macadamia can feed, sustain, and heal — from food to skincare. 🥥
Now, her passion is ready to be shared — one nut, one dish, one serum, and one story at a time. ✨
