Our culinary gourmet certified organic macadamia nut oil is pressed with an auger press. This nutty oil is versatile and unaduleterated. High smoke point and no cholesterol. Great for fish, baking, stir- fry and popcorn. Also wonderful for salad dressings. 2 year shelf life.
